Randomly charged

I was charged $25 dollars unexpectedly yesterday (11/7/24) when I had not subscribed and my account was inactive. I reported the unauthorized charge to my bank.

Confused on charge

I recently got a charge for dropin but I am confused on how. I paid once last April but uninstalled it. For some reason I got charged $25 today and I have no clue why. It's not a case where I forgot that I was still subscribed because this a random payment a year and a half later. Can someone get back to me about this since I can't check to see what is going on.
