Appliance Order

I ordered appliances from Sears, The dishwasher and stove were delivered last Friday, but not the refrigerator. Today I received an email saying the order was complete, which is incorrect. When I access my Sears account, it says that I have not ordered anything in the last two months, also incorrect. The phone number is an automated message, no live person and their chat referred me to you.
