PlayPatch for parents

Send a YouTube video, channel or playlist to your PlayPatch Review queue.

PlayPatch is a video app for kids where a parent approves every video first. This extension is for the parents: when you find something good on YouTube, add it to PlayPatch without copying links. On a YouTube video: • Send to Review, to look at it later in PlayPatch. • Approve now, for every child the age rating allows or only for the kids you pick. On a YouTube channel or playlist: • Follow it, so new videos wait in your Review queue. • Follow and auto-approve (PlayPatch Plus on playpatch.app), with a 24-hour hold. The popup also tells you when a video is already approved, rejected or waiting. It works with playpatch.app and with a PlayPatch you run on your own server. Connect it once with a code from PlayPatch → Settings → Security → Browser extensions; you can revoke it there any time. Privacy: the extension reads the address of the current tab only when you click it, and sends it only to your own PlayPatch. No analytics, no ads, no other servers.
