Meet Pumpkin the Cat and Peanut the Dog, playful browser companions that lives on every webpage. The pets sit on top of your browser and reacts to what you do. Pet, play, feed, or switch on cozy music and study idle modes. The pets even gets hungry over time, so you’ll need to feed them occasionally to keep them happy. More pets are being developed! Note: Pets does not show up on default New Tab webpage due to Google permissions. Note: Rarely, some webpages block loading of the pets. Disclaimer on control panel. What Pumpkin and Peanut can do 1. On-screen cat companion that appears on any website 2. Drag & reposition Pumpkin anywhere on the page (position is remembered) 3. Interactive cursor modes: - Yarn mode: Pumpkin follows your yarn and plays with it - Pie mode: Feed Pumpkin to restore hunger 4. Idle modes - Music mode: Pumpkin chills to a music vibe - Study mode: Pumpkin switches to a focused “study” vibe 5. Petting interactions when Pumpkin is resting 6. Hunger system: - Hunger decreases gradually over time - Feed Pumpkin to refill hunger - Hunger/full states sync across tabs so Pumpkin stays consistent everywhere 7. Popup controls - Toggle Pumpkin visibility - Change Pumpkin’s name - Adjust Pumpkin’s size 8. Sleeping Designed to be lightweight Pumpkin and Peanut run efficiently and is built to feel smooth and responsive while you browse. The extension uses local storage to remember your preferences (like name, size, hunger, and position). More pets are being developed and will be released soon! Privacy Pumpkin and Peanut do not collect or sell personal data. All settings are stored locally in your browser.
