PlanSync is a task list for days that do not run one thing at a time. Catch a thought in one keystroke, plan it for a day, and run as many visual countdowns as the day actually needs — laundry, a call, deep work — side by side, in Chrome's side panel and on every page you visit. CAPTURE WITHOUT LOSING THE THREAD • Alt+Shift+Y (Ctrl+Shift+Y on Mac) opens the side panel with the capture field ready — type, Enter, back to what you were doing • Plan a task for today, tomorrow or any date • Anything you do not finish carries over, marked as carried over, not silently lost • Soft deadlines that turn red only when they are actually late TIMERS THAT RUN IN PARALLEL • Several countdowns at once, each with its own name and task • A small widget shows your timers on every page — five styles, placed where you want it, remembered per site (turned on with one click, when you choose) • Pause, add or subtract minutes without losing the run • An alarm with a choice of melodies and a notification when time is up SEE THE DAY TWO WAYS • List with To do / In progress / Done sections, drag between them • Kanban board with a soft work-in-progress limit • Projects with colours, filters, and a Today view that stays honest about what is overdue WHAT YOUR TIME WENT ON • Sessions recorded per task, automatically • Today, week, month and custom ranges WORKS OFFLINE Everything is stored in your browser first. No account is needed to use it, and you can export a full backup at any time. FREE INCLUDES Up to 5 timers at once, 5 projects, 2 reminders per task, and a daily summary of your focus time. PRO ADDS Unlimited timers, projects and reminders, full statistics with history, and two-way sync with the PlanSync iPhone app and your other browsers. Light and dark themes.
