Planning Poker brings your estimation sessions directly into the browser, no separate app, no sign-up required. HOW IT WORKS • Create a room and share the 8-character code with your team • Everyone votes privately on their estimate • The host reveals all votes at once to avoid anchoring bias • Discuss differences and confirm the final estimate FEATURES • Works alongside any video call (Google Meet, Zoom, Teams...) • Fibonacci deck (0, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, ☕) • Host controls: reveal, reset, set final estimate, update ticket title • Co-host support — share moderation with another team member • Vote history saved locally for the session • Rename yourself mid-session • Remove ghost users manually • No account required — just a name and a room code PRIVACY No personal data is collected. Your display name and votes are only shared with members of your room during the session. Session data is automatically cleared after 8 hours.
