Planning Docs Downloader

Download every document from a UK council planning application in one click. A free tool from Subhan Property Group.

Download every document from a UK council planning application in one click. Council planning websites only let you select 25 documents at a time, and big applications can have hundreds: plans, reports, consultation responses and public comments. Planning Docs Downloader lists every document on the application and saves them all for you, into one tidy folder. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open a planning application on your council's planning website. 2. Click the Planning Docs Downloader icon in your toolbar. 3. Press "Find documents". Every document is listed, with a filter by document type. 4. Press "Download". Files are saved one after another into Downloads, in a folder named after the application. WHAT YOU GET - Every file in its real format: PDF, Word, Excel, drawings and photos. - Clear file names, numbered oldest first, so a second download lines up with the first. - An index.csv in the folder listing every document, its date, type and whether it was saved. - Files already in the folder are not downloaded twice. - If the council's website needs a breather, it rests for a moment and carries on by itself. No need to keep clicking Resume. - Downloads carry on while the panel is hidden, and the toolbar icon shows progress. WHO IT IS FOR Anyone who needs the full set of documents on a planning application, without ticking boxes 25 at a time. PRIVACY Files go straight from the council's website to your computer. They never pass through us and we never store them. The extension only reads the page you click it on, has no tracking or analytics, and shows no adverts. Full details: https://subhanpropertygroup.co.uk/privacy/ Works on many UK council planning websites, with more being added. If it does not work on your council's site, email enquiries@subhanpropertygroup.co.uk with the address of the application and we will look at it.
