Signed up for the free trial on my work iphone, was instantly charged for the annual membership. Reached out through their website and through email to cancel and never heard anything, reached out again a week later, again no response. After 2 weeks and their "request for a refund deadline" they responded to me to say they would not refund me. I have been getting the runaround from them for a week now, they refuse to refund me, they refuse to acknowledge half of my emails, there is no number ... Show more

BEWARE HANDING OVER YOUR CARD INFO TO THIS COMPANY!! I paid for Premium ($9.99) on Aug 18. The premium option never activated due to technical issue on app side. I contacted support same day. After nearly a month, and 10 or more emails to their support team, dealing with multiple customer support people asking me to provide info I'd previously provided, and sending images the posted charge to my credit card from Planner5D - I'm no closer to a refund and they basically told me today to take...
