Search your own photo, or an adult photo used with explicit permission, across supported public web sources.

FindFace helps you review possible public web sources for your own photo or an adult photo you have explicit permission to search. Results are visual leads for source review; they do not confirm identity or account ownership. How it works 1. Choose a photo from your device, or explicitly right-click an authorized image. 2. Face detection runs locally in the extension. The original image is not uploaded. After you confirm authorization and start a search, only a standardized, metadata-free face crop is sent through FindFace to the visual-search provider. 3. FindFace returns possible public source pages. Open the original page and review its image, date, caption, page type, and surrounding context yourself. Authorization required Use only your own photo or a photo of an adult who explicitly authorized that specific search. Searches involving minors or adults who have not given permission are prohibited. Each search is manual and requires an affirmative authorization statement. Important limits A visual match is not identification. Look-alikes, edited images, generated images, stale indexes, and missing pages can affect results. FindFace does not access private accounts, provide private records, run recurring monitoring, support batch searches, or make employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, or law-enforcement decisions. Privacy Detection happens on your device. Under the current upload statement, the clear query crop is retained privately for up to 30 days for audited super-admin quality review or customer support. Saved result URLs and blurred history thumbnails also expire after 30 days. Delete a search sooner to start removal of its images and results. Earlier searches keep their shorter retention policy. With your consent, PostHog receives interaction steps and a pseudonymous account identifier, without photos, source URLs, email or payment-card details. Error reports contain fixed error codes and diagnostic metadata. Session replay and AI analytics are not enabled. Account and availability Google sign-in keeps searches and temporary results attached to the user who initiated them. Paid search credits and monthly plans use Stripe-hosted checkout. The extension displays your balance and purchase status; payment-card information is entered on Stripe's checkout page. If checkout is disabled, existing credits remain usable and new orders cannot be created.
