only a vertical rectangle is shown

i love this quick anki adder but lately it is now shown ... once I click on it only a very little vertical rectangle is shown.. how can I fix it?

Problema ao instalar a extensão no notebook

Olá. Estava usando a extensão sem problemas no meu PC. Porém, ao instalar no meu notebook apresentou a seguinte mensagem ao clicar em instalar:

"Erro. O pacote é inválido. Detalhes "Could not load icon 'images/LogoQuick16.png' specified in 'icons'.".
