Hijack window.Date with optional scheduling

Date Hijacker is a developer tool that overrides the JavaScript window.Date object on web pages, so any script running on the page sees a simulated "current time" that you control — without touching your real system clock. Use it to test time-dependent behavior such as feature flags, countdowns, expiry logic, trial periods, and scheduled content. Key features - Set a target date and time down to the minute. - The hijacked clock ticks forward from the time you set — it is not frozen. Set 2026-08-08 14:02, come back two minutes later, and pages see 14:04. - One-click shortcut buttons to shift the current hijacked time by ±30m / ±1h / ±1.5h / ±2h. - Enable/disable instantly; applying reloads the active tab so the change is visible right away. How it works Only zero-argument Date calls are hijacked — new Date() / Date() / Date.now() return realNow + offset, where the offset is a fixed millisecond delta computed when you press Apply. Calls with explicit arguments, e.g. new Date(2020, 0, 1), are left completely untouched. Privacy Date Hijacker does not collect, store, or transmit any personal or browsing data. The only thing it saves is your on/off state and the time offset, stored locally on your device via chrome.storage.local. Nothing ever leaves your browser.
