Template Based API Automation helps developers and QA engineers create, organize, and execute API automation scenarios from a focused Chrome workspace. Features Download the template-based API automation framework. Configure token and application API details. Select header and body JSON files. Generate positive and negative API test scenarios. Select a local folder containing Behave .feature files. Run selected API scenarios through the local automation bridge. Review step-by-step test results and pass/fail status. Preserve test run history between extension sessions. Review generated feature, step-definition, and configuration files. Save updates to generated files. The extension works with a local Behave automation framework. After selecting the framework folder, start the bridge from that folder: .venv\Scripts\python.exe extension_bridge.py The default local bridge address is: http://127.0.0.1:8000 Template Based API Automation is intended for local development and testing workflows.
