Capture pain points and praise from calls, reviews, or Slack exports; search when you need to see what else sounds similar; then ask SupaPM to turn a cluster into a tracked project grounded in your Strategy doc, or link a single insight to work you already have. Linked feedback shows on the project in the sidepanel and on each insight in Options → Insight Memory. - New Insight Memory: chat tool `capture_insight` extracts and saves feedback locally with embeddings (requires an OpenAI or Google key for embedding, independent of your chat model). Options → Insight Memory lists everything with search and delete. - `search_insights` finds past feedback by keyword and shows semantically related insights with live similarity scores — relatedness is computed on demand, not stored as a link graph on the page. - `create_project_from_insights` turns a set of insight ids into a real local Project (status, description, updates, links), loads your org knowledge Strategy section for rationale, auto-selects the new project, and explicitly links each source insight. - `link_insight_to_project` attaches one insight to an existing project when you ask; links are never inferred silently from similarity. - Project pages (options and sidepanel) show a Customer insights section; Insight Memory shows linked project pills. Unlink from the project view without deleting the insight. - IndexedDB schema v6: drops the old local Feature Ideas draft store in favor of `local_insight_project_links`.
