Your little post studio, right in your browser. Postloom helps you turn a passing thought into a polished social post. Catch an idea in the toolbar popup, choose a platform, and give it shape in a focused editing workspace. CREATE FOR FOUR PLATFORMS Design post artwork for Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and Reddit. Choose a layout, edit the words directly on the canvas, and fine-tune the details with a live preview. Each platform keeps its own working canvas and profile. CATCH IDEAS AS YOU BROWSE Write a quick note in the popup, or select text on a page and choose “Create post with Postloom” from the right-click menu. Captured ideas wait for your review before replacing text on a canvas. MAKE IT YOURS Personalize names and avatars, explore platform-specific templates, and adjust the available typography, colors, and layout options. Add images to supported canvases and adjust their crop and position. Your edits and uploaded assets are saved locally in your browser. EXPORT AND SHARE Download crisp PNG artwork or copy your post text. Instagram supports portrait, square, and story dimensions. X exports at 1740 pixels wide; LinkedIn and Reddit export at 1200 pixels wide. Postloom prepares your content for you to share—it does not automatically publish or schedule posts. OPTIONAL LOCAL AI WITH OLLAMA Need a first draft? Connect Postloom to Ollama running on your computer, choose a downloaded local model, and describe your idea. Pick a tone and length, generate a draft, and review it before applying it to your canvas. You can stop generation or disconnect at any time. Local AI requires a separate Ollama installation and a downloaded local model. Postloom requests local connection access only when you choose Connect Ollama. Some setups also require allowing the extension’s origin in Ollama; the built-in connection help explains how. Cloud-backed models are excluded. Your brief and writing preferences are sent to local Ollama; your profiles, images, and other drafts are not included. LOCAL BY DESIGN • No Postloom account, analytics, or advertising. • Editing and export work offline. • Notes, profiles, and working canvases stay in your browser. • Fonts and artwork tools are bundled with the extension. • Required permissions are storage and the right-click menu; Ollama access is optional. Postloom keeps one working canvas per platform. Drafts are not automatically backed up or synced across devices, and clearing extension data or uninstalling removes them.
