Entra Admin Toolkit gives Microsoft Entra ID administrators a focused Chrome side panel for everyday tenant administration, privileged access and identity troubleshooting. Find administration pages quickly, investigate sign-in errors and prepare useful evidence without repeatedly switching between tools. START WITH YOUR TASK Search admin destinations and local tools from a shared catalogue with aliases, typo tolerance, pinned pages and recent selected results. Tenant workspaces organise saved pages, recent supported admin pages and local notes. Workspace selection does not change your Microsoft sign-in. INVESTIGATE AND DOCUMENT Paste an AADSTS code, application ID or token into the main search box to open the right tool. Look up AADSTS sign-in errors, decode JWT claims locally and recognise documented application identifiers. Carry diagnostic input into a troubleshooting report, add investigation notes and attach a reviewed screenshot before exporting. Capture and edit screenshots locally with annotations, opaque redaction blocks, blur and pixelation. Open a new report with a flattened image from the editor. Automatic masking is an aid, not a guarantee: always inspect the result before sharing. REVIEW ADMINISTRATION DATA Compare two imported Conditional Access policy exports to see changes in assignments, exclusions, grant controls and policy state. Import subscribed-product data to review recognised licence names, assigned capacity and availability, then export CSV. Build read-only Microsoft Graph PowerShell recipes with visible prerequisites, required delegated permissions, parameters and Table, JSON or CSV output. Review scripts before running them separately. The extension does not execute PowerShell. MANAGE PRIVILEGED ACCESS Use guided setup for Privileged Identity Management, review eligible and active roles, and submit supported role actions with clear account and tenant context. PIM requires your own app registration, tenant consent, eligible assignments and appropriate licensing. The setup guide can generate a reviewed PowerShell script that creates the app registration for you. Local utilities and portal shortcuts work without connecting PIM. KEEP CONTROL OF YOUR DATA Export and import selected workspace configuration without including tokens, screenshots, tenant notes or activity history. Reports and imported JSON are processed locally. Authentication tokens are held in Chrome session storage. Local preferences and saved workspace records remain on your device. The extension has no advertising, telemetry or developer-operated backend. Microsoft authentication and PIM requests go directly to Microsoft services.
