cant get in system to use it

yes i registered and it wont send the email formy username and passwrd so i had to do it bout 10 times and yes i checked the junk folder alwa

Transcribing a recording in mp3

I am trying to use speech pad to transcribe a recording in mp3 but it won't start transcribing. Is there a file size or length limitation to use for transcribing an existing recording and can you reiterate the steps as well as it is not working for me.
