DATA NOTICE: This extension reads vendor and transaction data from the NetSuite purchase-order page and the signed-in NetSuite account, including purchase orders, item receipts, vendor bills, bill payments, transaction identifiers, dates, statuses, amounts, quantities, currencies, and memo fields. It uses this information only to create the requested transaction map and reconciliation results. Processing occurs locally in the browser. The developer does not receive, sell, or share this data. NetSuite Vendor PO Map turns a selected vendor's procure-to-pay history into an interactive visual tree. Use it to follow relationships from vendor to purchase order, item receipt, vendor bill, and bill payment without opening transactions one at a time. Main features: - Left-to-right, top-to-bottom, bottom-to-top, and circular layouts - Draggable cards, adjustable connectors, zoom, pan, and scrollbars - PO navigator, overview, and individual PO drill-down modes - Search and filters for transactions, lifecycle stages, and exceptions - Billed-versus-PO and paid-versus-billed reconciliation - Exception indicators for mismatches, missing receipts, unpaid bills, overbilling, underbilling, and possible duplicate payments - Configurable reconciliation tolerances - PNG, PDF, and CSV export - Read-only NetSuite access Requirements: - A signed-in NetSuite account - Access to purchase orders and related transaction records - SuiteAnalytics Workbook / SuiteQL permission for the current NetSuite role The extension has no advertising, analytics, trackers, or remote executable code. NetSuite transaction data is not sent to the developer or any third party.
