Clear cookies, site storage, cache, and matching history for the current site or enabled domains.

Web Purge clears cookies, site storage, cache, and matching browsing history for the site in your active tab or for domains you enable. Use the popup to clean the current site, or manage preset categories and custom domains in Options. Each cleanup removes cookies, HTTP cache, Cache Storage, localStorage, IndexedDB, service workers, legacy file-system data, and matching history. Choose a history lookback period or unlimited history; the same setting applies to both cleanup actions. For a current-site cleanup, Web Purge targets the active page’s origin. For enabled domains, it matches configured hostnames and their subdomains, then cleans the base domains and matching origins found in browsing history and open tabs. Chrome may return up to 10,000 history entries per run. Web Purge does not upload your browsing history or the site data it removes. Settings are stored with Chrome Sync; cleanup summaries and configuration backups are stored locally. The extension can download a public preset-domain list from the project’s GitHub Pages site. That request does not include your browsing history, cookies, or site storage. See the Privacy Policy for details. Web Purge removes local data; it does not block requests, ads, or trackers. Sites can create data again after cleanup, and removing cookies may sign you out.
