Useless at this point. They had the right idea, but horrible implementation so far, kept promising a ton, delivered none. I want my money back too, but highly doubt they'll even read these comments, let alone start dishing money back to disgruntled customers. Stay away from this product altogether.

Product not working from Australia for all internet browser download apps. Mobile app not working as well. Been ripped off as the product does not work. I want my money back.

I love Vale VPN on the phone but this Chrome extension only has a couple of features that the mobile app has like the dedicated server.
