Shockwave Flash Quits Responding

Ever since I upgraded to the PRO version of Pizap my shockwave flash DOES/Will NOT respond when I try to save my art.

PiZap Photo Editor (free version)

I tried to do into PiZap today and it says it can't open the extension. This has never happened before. Help! I need my PiZap fix! BTW....I did not load the app through Google+. I loaded it from the Chrome Web Store.
