Get images from Instagram, 500px, flickr and litmind when 'save as' option is disabled

Supported sites: Instagram.com (Photos, Videos and Stories) 500px.com flickr.com litmind.com Suggest more sites in the form inside the 'configuration page' of the extension :) **General instructions: Just go to the page of the picture you want to download and press on 'Pixels To Me' icon.
