Pixel Desk is a lightweight image editor for your browser, ideal for everyday photo touch-ups, screenshot markup and creating graphics. It offers a familiar Photoshop-style workflow. No account is required—open an image and get started. LAYERS & WORKSPACE Switch between canvases in tabs, organize layers, and adjust their visibility and opacity. Move or transform content to refine a composition, and use the Navigator to zoom and move around the image. EDIT & ANNOTATE Paint and retouch images, limit edits to a selection, and add shapes, arrows, stickers or text. Choose fonts installed on your computer and style text with effects. Adjust color and tone to refine the image. PSD IMPORT Open PSD and PSB files and continue editing in Pixel Desk. Standard 8-bit RGB PSD files can retain ordinary pixel layers. LARGE PNG IMAGES Import large PNG images within the supported limits. Tiled decoding loads image regions as needed, reducing the need to decode the entire image into memory at once. Actual resource use depends on image size and editing activity. SELECTIONS & IMAGE ADJUSTMENTS Select geometric areas or pixels by color, refine the selection, and copy or cut image content within it. Adjust tones and colors to shape the final result. LIGHT & DARK THEMES Switch between light and dark interface themes to suit your workspace. PROJECTS & EXPORT Use Undo, Redo and History to revisit edits. Save a .pxdesk project to keep editable layers, or export the finished image as PNG, JPG or WebP. Save projects you want to keep before refreshing or closing the editor. IMPORT FROM THE WEB Capture the visible area of the current webpage, or choose a web image from its context menu to open it in Pixel Desk. Importing a web image requests access to its source site after you confirm. Browser internal pages and some restricted images may not be accessible. LOCAL PROCESSING Image editing and export take place locally in your browser; editing content is not uploaded to developer servers. The extension contains no ads or usage analytics. When importing a web image, Pixel Desk connects only to its source site to retrieve the image you selected.
