Adds a button to pivotal story card to copy some markdown about the story.

This extension adds a button in Pivotal Tracker to quickly copy the story number and title for a given story. For example, it copies following markdown: "[#1269987614](https://www.pivotaltracker.com/story/show/1269987614) Major breaking change!"
