Pitch Counter & Umpire Indicator
Overview
Count balls, strikes, outs and pitches from your toolbar. A free umpire indicator and pitch counter for baseball and softball.
Pitch Counter & Umpire Indicator keeps the count for you: balls, strikes, outs, the inning, and how many pitches each team's pitcher has thrown. Tap Ball, Strike, Foul, In play or Out. The rest happens on its own: Ball four is a walk and strike three is a strikeout, so the count resets for the next batter. A foul counts as a strike until there are two. The third out retires the side and moves to the next half-inning. Every pitch counts toward the pitcher in the field, so you can watch pitch limits in youth baseball and softball. Made a wrong tap? Undo steps back exactly, even after a strikeout or the third out. Slo-pitch? Tick "Start each batter at 1-1" and every new batter starts at a one-and-one count. The current count shows on the toolbar icon (2-1, 3-2…), and keyboard shortcuts work in the popup: B ball, S strike, F foul, P in play, O out. Everything is saved in your browser, so the game is still there after you close Chrome. No account, no ads, and nothing is sent anywhere. Pitch Counter is made by Umpy, the free umpire clicker and rules app for slo-pitch and softball umpires.
