Piston Gmail Kanban
Overview
Automatically syncs Gmail emails with your Piston job application kanban board.
Piston Gmail connects your inbox to your Piston job tracking board. The extension runs silently in the background while you browse Gmail and automatically detects emails related to job applications — confirmations, interview invitations, rejections, follow-ups, and offers. When a relevant email is found, Piston analyzes it and either creates a new card on your kanban board or updates the status of an existing application. If the extension isn't sure about an action, it asks for your approval before making any changes. Key features: Automatic detection of job-related emails using keyword matching and AI classification Creates and updates kanban cards based on email content Pending actions system: review and approve suggested changes before they're applied Full action history with undo support Works on both inbox list view and individual email view Connects securely to your Piston account via OAuth The extension only activates on mail.google.com and communicates exclusively with monpiston.fr. No data is shared with third parties.
