We looked for a long time to find a tool that would integrate both ways with our salesforce crm and this is brilliant. Saves my team so much time and the email finding is excellent. The chrome extension allows us to attach messages from linked in that we have had to copy and paste before as well. The functionality with Salesforce is amazing.
