Pipecraft AI Assistant adds a handful of practical AI features and a reporting layer right inside Pipedrive — no new tab, no separate app, no middleman holding your data. It is bring-your-own-key: connect the AI provider you already use with your own API key, and you decide the model, the cost, and where your data goes. Most CRM "AI" bolts a chatbot onto the side. Pipecraft instead takes specific manual chores off your plate, exactly where you already work: ▸ AI Overview A short, grounded briefing at the top of any deal, person or organization — momentum, the last meaningful touch, blockers, and a sensible next step. Built only from the record's real data, never invented. ▸ AI Research One click pulls fresh public signals about the company you're viewing — snapshot, recent news, funding/hiring, ICP-fit read and opening talking points — and saves the result straight onto the record as a note (so it's there even if you step away). ▸ Capture Paste a raw email, chat log or call transcript. Open the in-page settings sidebar and paste your Pipedrive personal API token (Settings → Personal preferences → API). 2. Pick an AI provider and paste your own key. Every feature's prompt is editable if you want to tune the output. 3. That's it — no account, no sign-up. Your token and keys stay in your browser. PRIVACY IN ONE LINE No account, no tracking, no data resale. Your token and keys live locally in your browser and are sent only to the services you choose. Activity history is off by default; if you enable it, only an aggregate daily snapshot is stored, and your token is used once — encrypted — to verify workspace ownership, then discarded (only a hash is kept).
