Overview
Shopify customer and order access logger
[English Version] PIPA Audit Trail automatically logs staff access to customer and order records in the Shopify Admin, helping merchants meet Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) access-log requirements. Key features - Automatically records customer/order list and detail views, searches, export dialogs, and the start of create/update/delete actions - Search terms are never stored in plain text — only a one-way hash is kept - No customer names, emails, phone numbers, or other personal data is collected — only minimal metadata such as resource IDs - Logged events are sent only to the backend server you configure yourself — the extension developer never receives your data Setup 1. Enter your backend server URL and issued device token in the extension's options page 2. Access events are recorded automatically as staff use the Shopify Admin normally 3. Review and export logs from the PIPA Audit Trail admin dashboard (Shopify app) This extension is an internal personal-data access-audit tool intended for organizations that run their own configured backend.
