Overview
Rate managers on LinkedIn with fixed comments. Raise their PIP index — a push toward a Performance Improvement Plan.
Tired of a manager who should already be on a PIP? PIP My Manager puts a coral drawer on LinkedIn profiles so you can rate them with predefined comments and help send them toward a Performance Improvement Plan. How it works 1. Open their LinkedIn profile (/in/…). 2. Click the coral handle on the right edge. 3. Pick the employer and title this review is about. 4. Stack strengths and concerns from the fixed comment list (no free-text rant). 5. Submit. Their PIP index moves. The leaderboard updates for that company. About the PIP index PIP = Performance Improvement Plan. Higher index = more heat — more likely to get PIPed or fired. Lower (or negative) means the reviews lean soft. Scores average across reviewers and shrink a bit when there are only a few votes, so one spicy take doesn’t crown the board alone. Keep it structured, not sloppy • Predefined comments only — signal, not a smear blog. • Your LinkedIn ID is hashed for duplicate checks — never shown publicly. • No ads. No remote code. Reviews live at https://hithere.social/pipmymanager/ Sign in to LinkedIn to submit. Then open a profile and vote.
