Pinpoint for LinkedIn
Overview
Match LinkedIn profiles to Pinpoint candidates, or add them as new candidates.
See at a glance whether the LinkedIn profile you're viewing is already a candidate in your Pinpoint account, and add them in a few clicks if not. HOW IT WORKS Open any LinkedIn profile and a Pinpoint tab appears on the right edge of the page: • Green: this person is already in Pinpoint (matched by LinkedIn URL or email). • Amber: a candidate with the same or a similar name exists. Check it's them, then save the LinkedIn URL to that candidate with one click. • Grey: no match. Add them to a job straight from the panel, with their name, LinkedIn URL and headline already filled in. FROM A MATCH YOU CAN • Open the candidate in Pinpoint • Add them to an open job • Link the LinkedIn profile to their Pinpoint record BEFORE ADDING SOMEONE The extension checks the email you enter against your existing candidates to catch duplicates. SETUP Enter your Pinpoint subdomain and an API key (Pinpoint → Settings → API & Webhooks → API Keys). The extension builds a local index of your candidates and refreshes it every hour. PRIVACY Your API key and candidate index stay in your browser. The extension only talks to your own Pinpoint account and never sends data anywhere else. Pinpoint for LinkedIn is an independent tool and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Pinpoint or LinkedIn.
