The optional auto-capture feature for the password vault detects login forms on any site you visit and offers to save the credentials. Captured passwords are encrypted immediately with an RSA-OAEP public key — they can only be decrypted after unlocking your vault with the master password. The vault's data-encryption key never leaves your device. Auto-capture can be turned off any time in Settings. Without it, Pinmark still works fully as a bookmark manager, session saver, task manager and history browser — the "all sites" permission is only used for login detection.
