Pinlot — Your AI Assistant for Real Estate Research Searching for a property means opening dozens of tabs, copying notes into spreadsheets, and losing track of which listings you actually liked. Pinlot fixes that. Save any property listing with one click, compare them side-by-side, track price changes over time, and ask an AI assistant questions about the places you're considering — all from your browser's side panel. What you can do with Pinlot • Save listings from 30+ real estate sites. Works on both for-sale and rental listings. • One-click capture — When you're on a property page, hit Alt+P (or click the Pinlot icon) and the listing is saved with its price, location, bedrooms, bathrooms, area, amenities, and photos already extracted. Add a personal note to remember why you saved it. • Side-by-side comparison — Select 2–4 saved properties and open the comparison view to see every attribute lined up in a table. Best values are automatically highlighted so you can spot the winner fast. • AI chat about your listings — Ask anything: "Which of these has the best price per square meter?", "Are any of these close to schools?", "What are the pros and cons of the one on Rivadavia?". The assistant reads the listings you've selected and answers with context. Chat responses include smart follow-up suggestions to keep the conversation moving. • Price tracking — Pinlot checks your saved listings periodically and records price changes. • Works across devices — Create a free account and your saved listings, chat history, and preferences sync across every browser where you're signed in. • Multi-language interface. The AI assistant responds in your selected language. Privacy and control • Sync conversations toggle — Turn cloud sync for your AI chats off at any time from the Options page. With sync off, your conversations stay only on the device where they were created. • No ads, no tracking pixels, no selling your data. Pinlot stores only the listings and conversations you explicitly create. How it works 1. Install the extension and pin it to your toolbar. 2. Visit any supported real estate listing. 3. Click the Pinlot icon (or press Alt+P) and save the listing. 4. Open the side panel to see all your saved properties, compare them, and chat about them with the AI.
