Overview

Blur candidate name, photo, pronouns and school on LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever and Indeed. Reduce first-pass bias. On-device, private.

BlindPass blurs candidate name, photo, pronouns and school the instant a card renders on LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever and Indeed, so your first-pass screen judges the work, not the person behind it. Names and photos are the strongest unconscious-bias signals in early screening. BlindPass masks them with CSS before the card finishes painting, so there is no flash of identity to unsee. When you decide to shortlist someone, a one-click reveal unmasks just that candidate; everyone else stays blind, and reveals never persist across reloads. WHAT IT DOES - Blurs candidate name and photo on LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever and Indeed - Optional blur for gender-coded pronouns and school and graduation year - One-click per-candidate reveal that never persists - Master toggle and per-site control - Fails safe: if a field cannot be found, it over-blurs the card header rather than risk showing a name PRIVACY Everything runs on your device. BlindPass does not transmit your data and collects nothing. Your settings stay local. The only server contact is an optional license check if you choose to upgrade to Pro. FREE VS PRO Free forever: blur name and photo on all three sites, master toggle, one-click reveal. Pro is a one-time $99 payment (not a subscription) that adds pronoun and school blurring, blur styles and intensity, a keyboard shortcut, per-site control, a structured skills-only scorecard and cross-device sync.
