Bust those annoying Pinterest promotions!
Hides those pesky, distracting, overused, poorly targeted promotional pins from your Pinterest feeds. * Please note that this extension only works if your Pinterest account is set to display in English. Change Log: v1.4.3 - Pinterest again changed their DOM structure in an attempt to negate extensions like this. Pin Buster has been adjusted accordingly. v.1.4.1 - Altered new pin busting implementation since the one from 1.4.0 had unwanted side effects (sorry about that!). v.1.4.0 - Pinterest tried to outsmart us by getting sneaky with a new DOM structure specifically designed to negate extensions like this. But a workaround has been implemented that should bring back full functionality. v1.3.2 - Improved video busting implementation per user feedback. Updated to Manifest V3. v1.3.1 - Bugfixes to new pin busting implementation. v1.3.0 - Changes to accommodate new DOM structure on Pinterest that broke the old pin busting implementation.

Works without major lag, much improved over the last promoted pins extension. However, it doesn't fully block the ads as the picture shows. All pictures and videos appear as black boxes- the ad's text and the brand account that posted it is still visible underneath.

Thank you for the review! I created this extension because of the performance issues with the other extensions that attempt to achieve the same result. But I'm unable to replicate your issue with pictures and videos appearing as black boxes with the ad's text/account still being visible. I disabled all my ad-blocking extensions and turned off my dark mode extension, and still can't seem to replicate it. For me, the "busted pins" are just empty white space as intended and as the screenshot indicates (I'd love to remove the "empty space" completely, but because of the way Pinterest's DOM is structured, it makes it rather difficult). I'll experiment a little more when I have some free time to see if I can find a way to replicate your issue.
