Fatboy — The Field Journal Companion

Open Fatboy from Chrome to check the workout waiting for you today. The companion shows your coach, level, and recent training load, then takes you straight to the full Field Journal when you are ready to begin. The workout itself is built on fatboy.app from the equipment you own, the limits you set, and what you trained during the last seven days. Moss, Rook, Juno, and Flint each coach in a different voice; leveling up opens more coaches, exercises, formats, and awards. Reminders are optional and off by default. If you turn them on, Fatboy sends no more than two in a day and stops once the daily workout is complete. The journal stays in your browser and Chrome storage. There is no Fatboy account or advertising tracker, and journal data is not sold.
