Keep ask to sign in when click on download, i had sign in multiple times, still ask for sign in, i cant download with my account, please fix it!

Does not work. Non of the video files on the web that I've tried gets downloaded. It just says error try again. No where on their chrome extension there is link to get support or FAQ contact us, etc... I reallyi hate companies that doesn't support customers after they signed up. It feels like they don't believe in their product, so just take quick cash up front and hide. Seemed like a great idea and features that I was looking for, but didn't work out at all with me.
