Piko
Overview
Piko lets you preview links by dragging them. Read through websites without losing context!
As you read with Piko, hover and click on sentences to save them as notes. - Drag a link → the article appears in a panel, in reader mode - Or click the toolbar icon → the page you're already on becomes clippable - Hover a sentence → it lights up; hover a note you've kept and all of it lights up - Click it → it's clipped to a journal that persists across reloads; click a note again and the whole note goes, however many sentences it grew to hold - Shift-click a sentence beside a note → the note grows to cover both, as one clipping. - Beside another note → the two become one - Export the journal → one Markdown file, ready to drop into an Obsidian vault, where each quote links back to the exact sentence on the page it came from Free and open source (MIT).
