PII by Punjab Insurance adds a CRM and a training centre to Gmail for partners and producers in the Punjab Insurance network. It is invitation-only: you need an invitation from your administrator. What you can do Link an email conversation to a client record in one click Follow clients through pipelines, with tasks and reminders See renewals coming up in the next 30, 60 and 90 days Keep licences and E&O insurance current, with reminders before they expire Take training courses and quizzes, and download a certificate when you finish Log continuing education (CE) hours against your licence term and see what is still needed Company and branch administrators get an overview of pipeline, tasks, renewals, training and team activity Head office reviews partner compliance across companies (counts and files only, never client records) Available in English and French (Canada) Your privacy Signing in uses your Google account for your name and email only. It does not give access to your inbox through the Gmail API. Only conversations you choose to link are stored in full. Your clients are visible to you and the people above you in your organization, and to nobody at your level. Optional AI drafting of course text and quizzes sends only the text you ask it to work on to our AI provider. It is off unless your company turns it on, and is never used to train models.
