Created by Picksmart and used by subsequent management systems to make and receive calls from the system We use WebRTC to communicate with Teleforge. A company that manages Agents and telephone extensions. This allows our agents to communicate with our Leads. The chrome extension is merely the window through which we speak to our leads. this allows calls to stay active in our multi page application instead of dying out when switching between pages.
