PickMyCard — Which card should I use?
Overview
Shows which of your credit cards earns the most at the store you are shopping on, plus an overlay right on the checkout page.
PickMyCard tells you which of your credit cards earns the most on the purchase you are about to make. Click the toolbar icon on a shopping site and it names the store, the category it codes as, and the best card in your wallet for it — with what each of your other cards would earn, so you can see the gap. At checkout, an overlay appears on the page with the same answer, so you do not have to leave the payment form to check. This is why the extension runs on all sites: there is no list of "checkout pages" to match against, and the small independent stores where this is most useful are exactly the ones no hand-written list would contain. Your card list is stored on your own machine and never leaves it. The extension has no server, sends no network requests, and never reads what you type into a payment field — see the privacy policy for exactly what the on-page script does and does not touch. Rates are checked against issuer sources monthly. Reward rates change and bonuses depend on how a purchase codes, so verify anything important with your issuer.
