TwSearchExporter - Export Twitter Search Results

Comprehensive search needed

We need all posts with a keyword, however when searching only a few posts are included.
We're conducting a research so we need all the posts with these keywords, and need all the data available regarding these posts in a certain time frame.
Are there any settings that we can use to expand the results, or any other services?
