SiteVault helps you keep sensitive browser tabs private — banking, email, work dashboards, and anything else you don’t want open for others to see. Add sites to your Vault, set a 4-digit Master PIN, and SiteVault can lock those tabs automatically when you step away, switch tabs, or reload a page. Locked pages are blurred or covered with a full-screen PIN overlay. Protect exact domains (github.com) or patterns (*.example.com). Enable or disable protection per site anytime. 📍 PIN lock overlay When a vault tab locks, SiteVault shows a clean full-screen unlock screen. Page content is hidden (blur or solid cover). Set your 4-digit Master PIN (and save your backup code somewhere safe). 2. Add sensitive HTTPS sites to your Vault. 3. Choose automation rules — idle, tab switch, page load, and timeouts. 4. When a vault site locks, enter your PIN to continue. 5. Important: it is not a substitute for full-disk encryption, OS user accounts, or enterprise device management. Someone with full control of the browser can remove or disable the extension, use DevTools, or open another browser. The Master PIN protects vault content and settings inside SiteVault — it does not prevent extension removal.
