Removes redundant tabs of electronics courses from Photon home page

On the Photon homepage, show only the shared tabs for the electronics courses, such as CONTROL SYSTEMS (ECE_EEE_INSTR_F242) and hide the single-branch tabs, such as CONTROL SYSTEMS (ECE F242) which are empty. For BITS Goa phoenix branch students.
