⚡ Shortflow 讓您在網頁上建立並執行「一連串可重複的操作步驟」，用來自動化點擊元件、輸入文字，以減少日常的網頁重複操作。 透過 Side Panel 操作介面，在 Chrome 側邊欄管理您的 shortcuts。 🔒 您的所有資料和內容都只儲存在您的瀏覽器中，不會被上傳到任何伺服器；唯一的例外是自我修復（Self-heal）與 Agent 這兩項預設關閉、需自備 API key 的實驗功能——開啟後，會將頁面上可互動元件的角色、無障礙名稱與非敏感值（Agent 另外還會傳送目標文字、頁面標題，以及它已執行步驟的紀錄）傳送給您選定的 System One Models 供應商（TypeSafe 或您自備的相容伺服器），詳見下方說明。 🧩 操作類型 - click：找到元件後進行點擊 - input：找到元件後輸入文字，或是透過簡單的 Javascript 動態輸入字串 - extract：抓取元件的 text／value／attribute 存成變數，後續步驟可用 {{變數名}} 引用 - request：發送 HTTP 請求，Response JSON 自動 parse 後可用 {{變數.欄位.路徑}} 取值。 - keyboard：錄下鍵盤輸入，執行時自動在頁面模擬鍵盤輸入（例如：Enter 送出表單、⌘A 全選、⌘C／⌘V 複製貼上）。 - goto：把目前分頁導向指定網址，並等頁面載入完成才進行下一步 - break：符合條件即可提前結束正在迴圈 (Loop) 的 step - shortcut：執行另一個已存在的 shortcut，用以串聯、重用流程（具循環引用防護） - otp：找到元件後輸入 TOTP，用以登入驗證等操作 - refresh：重新整理網頁 - sleep：暫停指定秒數後再繼續下一步 - wait：等待指定元件出現或消失 - agent（實驗中，需自備 System One Models 供應商：TypeSafe API key；自架相容伺服器即將推出）：用自然語言描述目標，執行時由模型逐步決定下一步操作（點擊／輸入／按 Enter／捲動／等待／完成／無法達成），最多執行 Max steps 次；要輸入的文字必須用引號寫在目標裡（絕不由模型生成） 🩹 自我修復選取器（System One Models，實驗中，預設關閉） - 在 Settings → System One Models 選擇供應商：目前僅 TypeSafe（自備 API key）。Custom（自架相容伺服器，實作同一組 POST {base}/v1/systemone API；僅支援 https，localhost／127.0.0.1 可用 http，API key 選填）即將推出，下拉選單中先以「Custom (coming soon)」停用顯示。兩邊的 key 各自分開儲存，切換供應商不會把 key 送錯地方。這是全域開關，非個別 shortcut 或 action - click／input／extract 的選取器在等待逾時內找不到元件時，Shortflow 會將頁面上可互動元件的角色、無障礙名稱與非敏感值送給模型判斷目標，信心度需達門檻以上才會採用（門檻可自行調整，預設 0.9）；otp／wait／break 永遠不會被修復 - 結果橫幅會顯示修復結果與「套用」按鈕，需手動點擊才會寫回已儲存的 shortcut ⏱️ 等待與容錯 - Element Wait：每個 action 可設定等待元件出現的秒數（逾時視為失敗） - Optional：step 或單一 action 都可設為 optional，失敗時跳過該項並繼續執行 - Loop：可設定 1–999 次重複，也可以用 break action 提前結束 - Stop：執行中可隨時點擊卡片或 Stop 按鈕中止 🎯 元件選取器（XPath） - Basic：用「Tag + Attribute + Value」組合產生 XPath；Attribute 是自由輸入並附常見屬性建議 - Raw XPath：直接指定元件的 XPath，更適用於較了解 DOM 元素的用戶 - Pick from Page：直接在頁面上點選元件，自動產生相對穩定的 XPath - Picker Strategy：可調整 XPath 產生時的屬性優先序（e.g., id／testid／aria-label） 🔤 變數系統 - Global Variables：管理多組全域可重複使用的 key/value，每次執行 shortcut 時可自動帶入 - 透過 {{name}} 模板，可以在大多數 action 的輸入欄位作為變數引入；{{loop}} 作為保留字，是目前的迴圈次數 - 覆蓋規則：同名 extract 或 request 僅在執行期間會覆蓋全域變數 🤖 AI 生成 shortcut（實驗中，目前只支援單頁，尚不支援跨頁操作） - 用自然語言描述流程，AI 讀取目前頁面後自動草擬 shortcut，您檢視、調整後，再進行儲存 - 支援 Claude、ChatGPT，以及任何 OpenAI-compatible 格式的 Provider（包含 Local） - 自備 API key，僅儲存在本機瀏覽器，直接送往 Provider、不經過任何其他 Server 🗂️ 分類與整理 - Categories：建立／刪除／更名分類，可折疊收起 - Favorites：自訂並顯示最常使用的 shortcuts 在最上方；標題列的按鈕可在「清單 → 卡片 → 圖示」三種檢視間輪轉，與 Shortcuts 清單的檢視各自獨立 - Drag and Drop：可拖曳 shortcut, step, action 以重新排序或移動分類 ⌨️ 鍵盤快捷鍵 - 4 個 slot 可綁定到任意 shortcut，按下鍵盤快捷鍵即可在目前的分頁自動執行 - 執行狀態以擴充功能 icon 上的 badge 呈現 - 實際的按鍵組合請至 `chrome://extensions/shortcuts` 設定（Chrome API 限制最多 4 組全域熱鍵） 💾 匯入 / 匯出 - 備份或分享，包含 shortcuts / categories / picker strategy（OTP 金鑰為了安全隱私則不會進行匯出） - ⚡ Shortflow lets you build and run sequences of repeatable action steps on web pages — automating clicks and text input to cut down daily repetitive browser work. Operated through a Side Panel interface, manage your shortcuts from Chrome's sidebar. 🔒 All your data and content are stored only in your browser and are never uploaded to any server — with one exception: the Self-heal and Agent features, both off by default and requiring your own API key, send the role, accessible name and non-sensitive value of the page's interactive elements (and, for Agent, also your goal text, the page title and a history of the steps it has taken) to your chosen System One Models provider (TypeSafe, or your own compatible server) when used. See below. 🧩 Action Types - click – Locate an element and click it - input – Locate an element, and type text or dynamically input a string using simple Javascript - extract – Read an element's text / value / attribute and store it as a variable; reference later via {{name}} - request – Send an HTTP request; the response JSON is auto-parsed so you can drill in via {{name.field.path}} - keyboard – Record a key combination and replay it to the page automatically (e.g., Enter to submit a form, ⌘A to select all, ⌘C / ⌘V to copy-paste) - goto – Navigate the current tab to a URL and wait for the page to load before continuing - break – End a looping step (Loop) early once its condition is met - shortcut – Run another saved shortcut in place, to chain and reuse flows (with loop-guard against cycles) - otp – Locate an element and enter a TOTP code, for login verification and similar - refresh – Reload the page - sleep – Pause for a set number of seconds before continuing - wait – Wait for a specific element to appear or disappear - agent (experimental, needs a System One Models provider: your own TypeSafe API key; a self-hosted compatible server is coming soon) – Describe a goal in plain language; at run time the model decides one step at a time (click / type / press Enter / scroll / wait / done / blocked), up to a Max steps limit. Text is only ever typed from quotes in the goal — never generated by the model 🩹 Self-healing selectors (System One Models, experimental — off by default) - Pick a provider in Settings → System One Models: for now, TypeSafe (bring your own API key). Custom (your own server implementing the same POST {base}/v1/systemone API; https only, http for localhost / 127.0.0.1, key optional) is coming soon and shows as disabled ("Custom (coming soon)") in the dropdown until then. Keys are stored per provider, so switching never sends one provider's key to the other. A global switch, not per-shortcut or per-action - When a click / input / extract selector isn't found in time, Shortflow sends the role, accessible name and non-sensitive value of the page's interactive elements to the model, and only acts above a confidence floor you set (default 0.9); otp / wait / break are never healed - The result banner shows what was healed with an Apply button — nothing is rewritten to your saved shortcut without you clicking it ⏱️ Waiting & Error Tolerance - Element Wait – Each action can be configured with a timeout (in seconds) to wait for an element to appear; exceeding the timeout is treated as a failure - Optional – Mark a step or a single action as optional; its failure is skipped and the run continues - Loop – Can be set to repeat 1–999 times, or end early via a break action - Stop – Click a running shortcut card or the Stop button anytime to cancel 🎯 Element Selector (XPath) - Basic – Combine Tag + Attribute + Value to generate an XPath; Attribute is free text with common names suggested - Raw XPath – Type the element's XPath directly, better suited to users already familiar with DOM elements - Pick from Page – Click an element on the page to automatically generate a relatively stable XPath - Picker Strategy – Tune the attribute priority used when generating XPaths (e.g., id / testid / aria-label) 🔤 Variables - Global Variables – Manage several reusable global key/value pairs, seeded automatically into every shortcut run - Use the {{name}} template to reference variables in most action input fields; {{loop}} is a reserved name that resolves to the current loop iteration - Override semantics – An extract or request action with the same name only overwrites the global variable for that run 🤖 Generate with AI (Experimental, currently single-page only — cross-page flows aren't supported yet) - Describe a workflow in natural language; the AI reads the current page and drafts a shortcut for you to review, adjust, and save - Works with Claude, ChatGPT, or any OpenAI-compatible provider (including local ones) - Bring your own API key — stored locally in your browser and sent directly to the provider, never through any other server 🗂️ Organization - Categories – Create, delete, and rename categories; collapse one to tuck it away - Favorites – Pin your most-used shortcuts at the top; one button in the header cycles list → cards → icons, independent of how the Shortcuts list is shown - Drag and Drop – Drag shortcuts, steps, or actions to reorder or move between categories ⌨️ Keyboard Shortcuts - Bind any 4 of your shortcuts to a slot; pressing the hotkey runs it automatically in the current tab - Run status surfaces on the extension icon's badge - Set the actual key combos at `chrome://extensions/shortcuts` (Chrome's API caps global hotkeys at 4) 💾 Import / Export - Backup or share — includes shortcuts, categories, and picker strategy (OTP secrets are stripped for security and privacy)
