Trouble opening app and creating an account on the web

Can't find the login and is this only for businesses. Does it work without a mic and headphones on a computer

Can't connected

Follow all steps, but after press connected only flashing one time and still appear connected.

Phone: Mi 10T
USB debugging opened.
USB debugging (Security settings) opend.

Sorry, disconnect the cable and turn off usb debugging and turn it back on again to see if it works?
