Business softphone — calls and SMS on your own Twilio number, paired with the Phone add-on.

phon8 is a Chrome side-panel softphone for the Phone add-on. Pair it with a short code, then use your assigned business number to place and receive calls and manage customer messages while you work. • Place and receive calls through your configured business phone service. • View linked numbers and customer contacts. • Read and send supported SMS and WhatsApp messages. • Use the demo login to explore with fictional contacts and messages. Demo calls and message sends are simulated in the browser. They do not contact customers, ServiceM8, or Twilio. A configured Phone account is required for live calling and messaging.
