We provide a watchlist experience across mobile and desktop so you can listen to work related video recordings when and where suits you best. Phoenix Chrome Extension allows you to asynchronously consume meetings by making it easy to collect and watch recordings after they happen. In addition to watching them, this extension help you request a recording from Google Calendar, remind you to start recording when you use Google Meet, and then share the recording after it's all done! SIMPLIFY MEETING RECORDINGS Get more value from our product by having everyone on your team use our Chrome extension and the App. When the whole team is using our product, you can respond to calendar invites with "Attend async'' and we will remind the meeting host to record and share the recording with the attendees. We remove the burden on hosts to remember to record or to share the recording when it is available with the meeting attendees. POWER TEAM PRODUCTIVITY Schedule less informational meetings. Record your presentations, training, or orientation content in Meet and make it available for your team in the app. If your team has an existing Team Folders or a library of video recordings for trainings, orientation, onboarding, or tutorials in Drive, We can work with you to curate them and make them available for your team members in the Phoenix App so they can access them and reference them when they need them. SIMPLE MANAGEMENT BY DESIGN We rely on the permissions in Drive to decide who has access to what video in the Phoenix app, so there is no extra overhead or hassle to manage video access. Use your existing Team Folders and rest assured that access to your videos is always in your hands. Change permissions on your Drive folder any time and grant or remove access instantly. The Phoenix App requires a Workspace account. You currently need to be allowlisted to use the product internally. You need a corp Android device that is fully managed or highly privileged.
