Smart Tab Groups

Finally! An extension utilizing the Tab Groups API! It kinda works but isn't great. There's no options or customization, so it's entirely up to the extension to decide whether to move a tab into a group or not. I assume by "smart" it simply categorizes by domain (e.g. "youtube.com"). Also, it only works on the foreground tab.
