PhiRM turns AI conversations into clean, business-ready DOCX and PDF documents. Instead of copying and pasting AI answers into Word manually, PhiRM reconstructs the conversation into a structured document with preserved headings, lists, tables, formulas, code blocks and images. PhiRM is designed for people who use AI output in real work: reports, documentation, research notes, technical writeups, internal knowledge sharing and client-ready documents. What PhiRM does: • Export supported AI chats to DOCX • Export supported AI chats to PDF • Preserve headings, lists and document structure • Preserve tables • Preserve mathematical formulas where possible • Preserve code blocks • Preserve selected images and rendered visual elements • Reduce manual cleanup after copy-paste • Work with a PhiRM account and extension token • Start export only when the user manually requests it Why use PhiRM: Copy-pasting AI conversations into Word often breaks formatting, tables, formulas, code blocks and visual structure. PhiRM is built to reconstruct the AI conversation as a clean document, so you spend less time fixing layout and more time using the content. Supported platforms: • ChatGPT • Gemini Typical use cases: • Turn AI research into a DOCX document • Save long AI conversations as structured records • Prepare technical notes with formulas and code • Export tables and structured answers • Create documentation from AI-assisted work • Share AI-generated analysis with a team or client User-controlled export: PhiRM does not run as a background scraper. The extension reads the current supported AI conversation only when the user manually starts an export through the PhiRM toolbar or export action. Privacy summary: PhiRM processes the current supported AI conversation only for the purpose of generating the requested DOCX or PDF document. PhiRM does not continuously monitor browsing activity, does not automatically export conversations, does not scrape unrelated websites, does not collect browsing history, does not sell user data, does not use exported content for advertising, and does not use exported content to train AI models. PhiRM is a document reconstruction engine for AI conversations — not just a copy-paste helper.
