Tab Cleaner - Clear Tab Cache & Data

For some reason it doesn't work... most other extensions begin working immediately after installation but I don't see that this one is. If I don't find an alternative I might give this a try again and restart Chrome to see if that makes a difference.

Super handy plugin for me. I am a developer and server cache the files. Note i am taking about serve side caching that will not resolve even when you clear entire browser. This extension is super helpful. This will not only clear the browser cache and data but it will also invalidate my server cache. Highly Recommended.
